Shipping and payment
PERSONAL PICKUP - QUBUS SHOWROOM, RÁMOVÁ 3, PRAHA 1
You can pick up your order in person at our QUBUS showroom at Rámová 3, Prague 1 or any other time by phone.
We have been located at this address for 22 years and Qubus is also the first design shop in the Czech Republic. Stop by! We prefer personal visits.
OPENING HOURS: Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 - 18:00
Payment of orders is possible in cash and by credit card.
We prepare the products we have in stock on working days within a few minutes of your order. In that case, you can stop by during business hours to pick up your order the same day it is placed. Just please wait for our confirmation email. Please pick up your orders within a week of receiving your confirmation email.
If it is inconvenient for you to come in during business hours, arrangements can be made for pick-up outside of these hours. Please call or text us.
How to reach us?
by tram - 5 minutes walk from the Dlouhá třída stop (tram 6, 8, 15, 26) or the Faculty of Law (tram 17)
by metro - 10 minutes walk from Náměstí Republiky stop (line B) or 8 minutes walk from Staroměstská stop (line A)
by bus - Qubus is in sight from the Haštalské náměstí stop
on foot within the centre of Prague
TRANSPORTATION IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC
Your order is usually processed within the next working day if the goods are in stock.
If you choose an item that is not in stock, we will contact you regarding a possible delivery date.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
PERSONAL PICK UP in our QUBUS showroom at Rámová 3, Prague 1 - FREE
DPD in the Czech Republic and abroad - depending on the weight and size of the package (from 130 CZK)
EXPRESS COURIER in Prague 1 - 10 - 290 CZK (delivery within 2-4 hours from order confirmation) - by prior arrangement
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
YES, we do ship outside Czech Republic. Depending on the destination and order weight, the shipping cost is approximately 200 CZK - 1000 CZK.
Please contact us ( qubus@qubus.cz) if you would like to place an order with an international shipping, and we set up your order manually.
PAYMENT
You can pay for Qubus products in several ways:
by card online
by bank transfer with QR code option - please enter your order number as a variable symbol
in cash or by card on personal collection
If you choose to pay by credit card and for some reason the payment fails, please contact us and we will send you an invoice for payment by bank transfer with QR code.
The payment gateway provider is Global Payments.
